CARB Portable Equipment Registration Program Applications (PERP) and Annual Reports
The CARB’s PERP allows specific types of portable equipment to operate anywhere in the state of California. The Alta Air Team has been assisting business for over 16years in understanding the PERP regulation. This includes assisting companies with reporting compliance.
The Portable Engine Air Toxic Control Measure (ATCM)
- Do you have diesel engines subject to the portable engine Air Toxic Control Measure?

Tier III Engine Registration with PERP
- In 2012 engines 75 and up to 174 HP will be moving to Interim Tier IV emission standards.
- CARB will be giving a 6 month grace period until June 30, 2012 to register these Tier III engines.
- Now is the time to evaluate your fleet to make sure that all of your Tier III engines in this horsepower range are registered.
