Senior Environmental Compliance Professional
This is an integral position within the EH&S Compliance Team. The candidate will work on various compliance projects autonomously and as a member of project teams. Work is focused predominately on California rules and regulations. The primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- California EH&S regulatory compliance audits
- Business Emergency Plans
- Water Quality Management Plans
- Hazardous Waste Tank Inspections per Title 22
- Industrial and Construction Storm Water Compliance
- SCAQMD/CARB Regulatory Support
- SPCCs
- Scope, cost, and plan projects
- Prepare for work activities, i.e., plan field work, and coordinate with subcontractors and clients
- Complete work at client facilities
- Compile/interpret data and prepare reports
Minimum Requirements
- B.S. or higher in engineering, environmental science, or related technical field
- 10+ years of related experience
- Skilled in Project Management including budget management and tracking
- Ability to multi-task and manage a variety of project activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective technical writing and time management skills along with MS Office proficiency
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification preferred
