On July 27th, 2016, the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) held the fourth working group meeting to discuss changes to the Air Toxics program. The primary objective of the changes is to amend Rule 1402, which regulates toxic emissions from stationary sources and implements the Air Toxics Hot Spots Act [Assembly Bill (AB2588)] within SCAQMD.
