Facilities maintaining coverage under the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (Order No. 2014-0057-DWQ) (IGP) should now be implementing their storm water programs under the new Permit. This workshop is geared to assist dischargers (Permit Holders) in complying with the IGP requirements. Legally Responsible Persons (LRPs) and Duly Authorized Representatives (DARs) need to ensure their Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans are being implemented effectively to avoid compliance issues and potential third party lawsuits. Facilities in Exceedance Response Action (ERA) Level 1 or headed towards ERA Level 2 status will benefit from learning strategies to address the Permit compliance requirements. This workshop will be led by a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner/Industrial General Permit Trainer of Record (QISP-ToR).
Lunch and networking will conclude the event and a certificate of training will be provided.
