The Portable Engine Air Toxic Control Measure (ATCM)

Tier III Engine Registration with PERP
In 2012 engines 75 and up to 174 HP will be moving to Interim Tier IV emission standards.
CARB will be giving a 6 month grace period until June 30, 2012 to register these Tier III engines.
Now is the time to evaluate your fleet to make sure that all of your Tier III engines in this horsepower range are registered.
