Alta is Hosting a QSD and QSP Storm Water Training Course August 22-24 in Oceanside
Qualified Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Developer (QSD) and Practitioner (QSP) under the Construction General NPDES Permit (CGP, NPDES No. CAS000002, SWRCB Order 2009-0009-DWQ, as amended). Two full days (16 hours) and a third day for QSD only (4 hours) of training. Qualifies for online QSD/QSP exam.
