The 4-day conference is sponsored by URISA, an organization that has connected the geospatial community for over 50 years. This year’s event marks a key partnership with the California Geographic Information Association (CGIA) and four California regional chapters, making this program the largest gathering of geospatial industry leaders, innovators, academics, and young professionals. Mallory Graves, GIS Associate with the Water Resources team at Alta, will be participating in a panel discussion on GIS Leadership & Strategic Planning, one of seven program tracks offered at the conference. She will be presenting on GIS implementation in small businesses using a team-building approach, drawing on lessons learned from assisting Alta’s development of GIS services and products.
Alta is excited to be a part of this professional opportunity as we continue to grow our GIS solutions, learn from industry experts, and contribute to the geospatial field.
