Filing the Notice of Intent: Submitting all the Permit Required Documents and paying the Annual Fee prior to initiating any construction activities (including demolition).
Perform routine and storm related inspections and sampling: Work with your project required Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) to ensure all documentation and Best Management Practices (BMPs) are in place, effective and appropriate. File Annual Reports: The reporting year runs July 1 – June 30. All active Permitted projects must file an Annual Report prior to September 1. File Notice of Termination (NOT): When the Project no longer poses a threat to storm water quality (all construction related activities and materials are completed/removed from the project site and all exposed soil areas are stabilized) the Permit can file it’s NOT. Project Termination: The Regional Board accepts the NOT application and closes the Permit. All records must be maintained for 3 years by the permit holder.
