Community Air Quality AB617 The California Air Resources Board has finalized their draft concept plan for community emissions reductions and air quality monitoring which will have an impact on many businesses. We are continuing to follow this process closely as the meetings take place throughout 2018. Read more about it HERE. Compliance for Industrial and Commercial Property There are some new rules and numerous environmental regulations with which owners and managers of industrial and commercial property must comply. Alta is sponsoring and speaking at a free compliance workshop that will offer help. It will be held in San Marcos on March 7. For more information see HERE. OSHA Compliance If you are in the construction business or around the demolishing or cutting of concrete you need to know about the new silica rules. You can find more information HERE. Next month, I will share information about my visit with our state legislators. In the meantime, let’s all hope we get some much-needed rain. Comments are closed.
