Workshop Summary

Facilities maintaining coverage under the State Water Resources Control Board’s (SWRCB) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (Order No. 2014-0057-DWQ) (IGP) should now be implementing their storm water programs under the new Permit. This workshop is geared to assist dischargers, both Permit Holders and No Exposure Certification (NEC) filers with complying with the IGP requirements. Legally responsible persons and duly authorized representatives need to ensure their Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans are being implemented effectively to avoid compliance issues and potential third party lawsuits. NEC filers need to recertify their sites annually and ensure that facility personnel and activities are not putting you at risk of requiring full permit coverage. This workshop will be led by a Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner/Industrial General Permit Trainer of Record (QISP-ToR).
